The municipal council of the Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal meets at 7:30pm on the first and third Monday of each month. If a statutory holiday falls on the first or third Monday, the meeting is changed to the Tuesday. Public Meeting - Intelivote Systems Inc. Council has passed a resolution to offer electors the option of voting by phone, internet or paper ballot for the 2010 Municipal Election, and has further directed that Intelivote Systems Inc. be contracted to provide the required technical support.  Information on the system will be presented by Intelivote Systems Inc.
