Chief Building Official: Jason Vezina

Jason is availble at the Township office Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Jason can be contacted by calling the Township office at (613) 658-3055, or by email at jvezina@twpec.ca.

Forms and guidelines:

Questions regarding planning matters such as zoning and consent applications may be directed to Jason during regular office hours.

Official Plan

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing has approved the new Edwardsburgh/Cardinal Official Plan with a number of modifications.  The appeal period has passed and the new OP is in fill force and effect.  Below are links to the Plan and its associated schedules.  The work of updating the Comprehensive Zoning By-law will begin later this year.

Comprehensive Zoning By-law

Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2012-35 was adopted by Council on June 25, 2012 and is in full force and effect.
