Council Meetings

Council meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers in the Municipal Office in Spencerville.  In December Council will meet on the second Monday of the month.

Delegations

If you wish to provide information to Council on an item on the agenda, you must inform the Clerk not later than 12:00 noon on the day of the regular Council meeting. Delegations may only address items which appear on the agenda, shall confine their remarks to the stated business, and shall have a maximum of five (5) minutes to address Council. If you wish to make a presentation or speak to Council on an item not listed on the agenda, you must advise the Clerk in writing and an opportunity will be scheduled at a regular Committee of the Whole meeting.
