Can I get forms for birth/death/marriage certificates at the Township office?

The municipal office has birth, death and marriage certificate application forms available to be picked up. The forms can also be downloaded from the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services' web site at www.cbs.gov.on.ca. There, you will also find information on filling out the forms and the cost of obtaining the certificates.

How much does it cost to bring a load of garbage to the dump?

Waste that cannot be disposed of in Township bags may be taken into the dump for a fee. The fees depend upon what items are being brought in. For example, a large piece of furniture or carpeting is $10.00. A ½ ton truck or small trailer full of miscellaneous items may be disposed of for $20.00 per load. The dumpsite attendant has discretion to charge less for small loads. You may pay by cheque or cash.

The landfill site, located at 1225 Scott Road, is open Saturday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
