The Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal is open for business! From the quaint downtowns of Cardinal and Spencerville to serviced lands available for commercial/industrial development, your business can be accommodated.

The Industrial Park is ideally located in close proximity to rail, Highways 401 and 416, the Port of Prescott and the Bridge to the USA. Property cost at present is a modest $15,000 per acre, which we have recently confirmed to be competitive with land being offered for sale by area municipalities. The Township also boasts a rather moderate tax rate.
